Anjeer ek bohat hi mazedaar phal hain isko khana sunnat se bhi sabit hain,angrezi me anjeer ko (fig) kehte hain, yeh phal sehat ke liye bohat faydemand hain iska mizaaj garam hota hain aur iska zaika meetha.isme natural sugar hota hain,isko khane se motapa bhi badh sakta hain haalanke yeh phal wazan kam karne me bhi madat karta hai,
